Lynx
Born in 2047 in the slums of Watson, Lynx was always a special case. Her mother, Celeste, was an awful woman. She worked as a Joy Toy to put food on the table, blaming Lynx for the loss of her father as well as the reason she was stuck in a rundown apartment, locked in a miserable job. From the age of three to seventeen, Lynx was coached into becoming the perfect woman. She was taught to always please a man, even if it meant giving up a piece of herself in the process. She was quiet, reserved and harbored guilt and pain beyond belief.Upon turning seventeen, Lynx was forced onto Jig Jig Street by her mother, efficiently breaking her daughter into helping provide for their household. She spent every night doing what she needed to do, earning scratch and slowly attaching herself to the façade personality that she created. She became loud, bubbly, and full of life, always having a grin on her face. This was also when she began to display signs of obsession, psychosis and general darkness.It was whenever she met a man, a man she'd lovingly called her puppy. He was a loyal client, always coming to see her and showering her in attention that no man had ever wanted to show her. She began to get attached, sinking her claws deep into him in an effort to keep him around. She abandoned her job, she stayed with him whenever she could, she broke down her walls for him. Then one day, he vanished. No explanation meant one thing; she wasn't enough yet again. This caused her to further spiral. Not even a month after the sudden disappearance as well as a psychotic break, she was forced to work once more, fully escaping her mother's clutches and finding an apartment for herself.She had managed to pull her life together, never getting attached to clients again out of fear of being abandoned. There was a night whenever she was walking back to her apartment, being corned by a man in an alleyway who tried pursuing her. Whenever she'd shut it down, there was a violent attack. Her throat was flayed, vocal cords severed. Her eyes were gouged out with the use of a dull, rusty knife. Her arm was cut off using that same rusty blade, taking hours of excruciating pain. She was found by a good Samaritan of sorts, being rushed to the ripper doc with limited time to survive.She'd been patched up, given full upgrades for each thing she lost. She gained pink kiroshi eyes, a beautifully crafted cyberneck, as well as a cyberarm. This didn't seem to help with her psychosis, furthering her deeper into her troubled spiral. It didn't help that Kei, the Tyger Claw that took everything from her, always haunted her. He was everywhere she looked, never getting an ounce of peace knowing that he could always finish the job.
Canine
Canine is Lynx's partner. He is a Maelstromer who was taken from his home and converted into a cyborg.He is aggressive and has a damn near permanent scowl, yet he displaus some sort of affection in his own twisted ways.Much like Lynx, he can be murderously possessive of what is his.
Blaire
Blaire is Lynx's best friend.They spend most of their time together whenever Lynx isn't climbing Canine like a tree or whenever Blaire isn't busy with her lover Robin.Lynx loves her deeply, considers her someone who she would not only die for, but kill for.
NessLynx and Ness met through their mutual friend, Evelyn.Also considered one of Lynx's best friends, the two frequently dragging Blaire to Lizzie's for a fun girls night out.She would die for her if the opportunity arose.
